As a traditional business, we feel a deep connection not only to our 220 employees, but also to the Münchberg region. We see it as our task to contribute to the regional quality of life. Through this close cooperation, we strengthen the economic basis of our home region and at the same time promote social interaction.

However, our commitment goes far beyond economic aspects. We actively support regional associations, children's and youth projects and workshops for people with disabilities in the vicinity of our plant location. It is important to us that inclusion and community spirit are not just buzzwords, but values we live by every day.

The Münchberg Judo Club is particularly close to our hearts. Through our regular support, we help to give young people access to this special sport. We promote judo because it stands for values such as discipline, respect and fairness - principles that are also firmly anchored in our company.

We also support the Diakoneo Himmelkron and the Hochfränkische Werkstätten Hof, which offer people with disabilities tailor-made jobs, vocational training and individual support.
