A look behind the scenes

Our manufacturing process is based on the Direct Compression (DC) method, which ensures high efficiency and quality. Once the formulation has been developed, the manufacturing process begins with the precise weighing of the raw materials. These are then processed into a homogeneous mixture in our production plant.

The mixture is then pressed directly into tablets - a process that ensures that each tablet contains the same concentration of active ingredient. Our modern machines enable us to produce 30.000 - 50.000 tablets per hour.

In order to achieve this high machine output, we pay attention to the powder mixture to be processed:

  • Good flow behavior so that the powder runs smoothly into the dies of the press
  • Good compressibility, so that the powdery ingredients stick together
  • Creation of a firm press structure to minimize damage, e.g. during transport or packaging
