Together with our Regulatory Affairs team, we evaluate the legal framework, approvals, and possible applications of your desired raw materials before formulating your dietary supplement. If a requested raw material cannot be used, we engage in close collaboration with you to explore and propose suitable alternatives.

Next comes the practical implementation: In our laboratory, we test how the formulation and raw materials interact. For powder products, our sensory-trained experts fine-tune the taste profile to perfection. Once the formulation is complete, we provide you with a sample for tasting and approval. If it’s not yet fully aligned with your target audience’s preferences, we can further refine the recipe to ensure the perfect fit.

Stability test and container selection

To ensure the best possible quality of your product, we can carry out storage and stability tests during the development phase on request. This allows us to test certain characteristics, such as shelf life or storage conditions under heat or humidity, before the product is launched on the market so that we can adjust and further refine the recipe if necessary.

Once your product has been successfully developed and manufactured, it's time to choose the right container. We will be happy to test for you whether your desired packaging material meets the requirements of your product or determine which container size is required for your desired filling quantity.
