Your path to an individual dietary supplement formula

Whether you want to further develop and optimize your existing products or create new concepts as a complete solution: We accompany you from A to Z until the product is ready for the market.

When you approach us with your product idea, we first check its feasibility. Together with our Regulatory Affairs team, we check the limits, approvals and areas of application of your desired raw materials and then create a formulation for your food supplement.

If we are unable to use a requested raw material, we will enter into an intensive exchange with you and present you with alternatives.

Then it's time to put it into practice: 
In the laboratory, we test how the formulation and the raw materials behave. In the case of powder products, our sensory-trained staff also carry out the final fine-tuning. After completion, you will receive your sample from us, which you taste and approve. Of course, we can also adjust the recipe again if it is not yet 100% suitable for your target group.

Stability test and container selection

To ensure the best possible quality of your product, we can carry out storage and stability tests during the development phase on request. This allows us to test certain characteristics, such as shelf life or storage conditions under heat or humidity, before the product is launched on the market so that we can adjust and further refine the recipe if necessary.

Once your product has been successfully developed and manufactured, it's time to choose the right container. We will be happy to test for you whether your desired packaging material meets the requirements of your product or determine which container size is required for your desired filling quantity.
