Vitafoods is over. We can look back on many exciting discussions and new inspiration for products! Of course, we also had plenty for you to taste. In this newsletter, we give you an overview of the products that could be tasted at our booth at Vitafoods. There is also a regulatory note on the term "fructose-free".
Both Vitafoods 2024 and PLMA 2024 are over and we are taking a lot of contacts, inspiration and impressions with us.
Our trade fair month of May began on May 14 at Vitafoods in Geneva. We had come up with something very special for our stand visitors: A vacation feeling at the trade fair!
At our bar, guests had the opportunity to relax with a fruity collagen cocktail or a glass of isodrink. We also presented our delicious gummies with benefits for the first time.
From May 28 to 29, we presented ourselves at PLMA Amsterdam in the German Pavilion. Here, too, we had our collagen cocktails, isotonic drinks and gummies in our bags.

According to a ruling by the Regional Court of Essen on May 6, 2020, the claim "fructose-free", and all statements with the same meaning, is an inadmissible nutritional claim.
The reason for this is that "fructose-free" is neither listed in the Annex to Regulation 1924/2006 on nutrition and health claims made on foods nor is it specifically regulated in other legal texts, as is the case with the claims "gluten-free" and "lactose-free". We therefore recommend that you do not use the claim "fructose-free" in the advertising of your products.
