Flavor powder with trendy yuzu fruit and other exotic flavors

From the world of nutrients with innovative product ideas

Vitafoods Europe in Geneva is getting closer! Find out everything you need to know about trendy flavors and exotic tastes. We also introduce you to our Product Development and Regulatory Affairs team.

Trendy aromatic exotics

Yuzu and lychee are two trendy flavors that are becoming increasingly popular in the culinary world. Yuzu, a citrus fruit from East Asia, offers a refreshing and unique flavor that is a blend of lemon, grapefruit and mandarin. This versatility makes the yuzu fruit a popular ingredient in fine dining and cocktails.

On the other hand, lychees have won the hearts of many people with their sweet, floral taste and juicy texture. This exotic fruit originated in China but is now used in desserts, drinks and even savory dishes around the world.

Both yuzu and lychee fit perfectly into the current trend for exotic and varied flavors. Their unique flavor profiles can be incorporated into innovative products such as flavor powders, shakes and various powder blends.

New innovative flavor - aloe lychee

We have used a fresh and flowery aloe lychee flavor for our latest flavor powder. This gives the ultimate summer feeling. Mixed with milk, yoghurt or quark, Flavour Powder Aloe-Litschi is a real feast for the taste buds. We particularly recommend preparing the flavor powder with our neutral ice cream base in an ice cream maker. This contains vitamins C, D and E, among others. Eating ice cream and doing something good for your body at the same time - this is possible with our functional ice cream base.
Please ask for a sample.
However, the aloe lychee flavor is not only suitable for Flavour Powder. The fresh and fruity taste of the flavor is also impressive in Isodrink. Rehydration and enjoyment - our isotonic drink powder makes it possible!
Would you like to see the aloe lychee flavor for yourself? Come and visit our stand (L102) at Vitafoods! We have our isodrink in the flavor aloe lychee for you.

Our product development

A collagen drink that tastes like a fruity daiquiri or a protein made from goat's milk? Our product development makes it possible! At Biohealth, experienced food chemists, food technologists, food technicians and nutritionists tinker with the recipe until not only the effect of a product but also the taste is convincing. To ensure that everything is legally watertight, our experts from the Regulatory Affairs department keep an eye on marketability and provide information on mandatory labeling, health claims and other voluntary information. This is part of Biohealth's full service.

Have you acquired a taste for it? Then test us and we will create your product!

The sensory lab - this is where the magic happens!

To ensure that your product not only works, but also tastes good, we have our own in-house sensory laboratory. Here, our employees create the best tasting product samples for you with enthusiasm and expertise.
A QR code has been included with our sample sachets for some time now. This takes you to an online form where you can give your feedback on a product sample in an uncomplicated way. This means that your feedback is received directly by the laboratory staff and your change requests can be implemented as quickly as possible.
Do you want to make sure that your product remains stable? In addition to optimizing the taste of products, we can also carry out stability tests on request.
