Private label manufacturer for whey protein products
Whey protein WPC and WPI
As a private label manufacturer, Biohealth uses high-quality whey proteins for a wide range of products. This is because whey proteins, also known as whey proteins, are ideal for supplying the body with sufficient protein after exercise.
Whey proteins to support muscle building during training
Whey or whey protein is produced during the manufacture of cheese products and contains valuable proteins that optimally supplement the diet of athletes. Whey protein is known for its rapid availability in the body and its high proportion of essential amino acids. These benefits make it the ideal protein for physical exertion such as strength or endurance training. The supply of protein building blocks is important to accelerate protein synthesis and thus support muscle-building processes in the body.
Differences between whey protein isolate (WPI) and whey protein concentrate (WPC)
As a private label manufacturer of sports nutrition, Biohealth works with whey proteins such as whey protein isolate and whey protein concentrate. They work in different ways in the body and can therefore be used for different purposes.
Whey protein isolate (WPI)
Whey protein isolate (WPI) consists of protein chains and peptides and can be quickly absorbed and metabolized by the body. It enables proteins to be transported quickly through the body to the muscles. For example, by taking whey protein isolate after sport, a balance can be quickly restored in order to supply the muscles with sufficient protein.
Whey protein concentrate (WPC)
Whey protein concentrate (WPC) still contains lactose and lipids, which are completely filtered out during the production of whey protein isolate.
Production process with ultrafiltration and microfiltration
The CFM method is a simple filtration principle in which various filters are used. These ensure the mechanical exclusion of certain variables. When it comes to the production of whey protein concentrate or whey protein isolate (also known as whey concentrate or whey isolate), all ingredients in the liquid whey that are larger than the ultra-fine pores of the membrane are retained. The aim is to retain essential amino acids.
Advantage of cross-flow microfiltration
The process does not require any chemicals.
Whey proteins processed in this way are therefore among the purest and highest quality proteins.

Suitable proteins for every training goal
As a private label manufacturer, Biohealth uses whey proteins as well as milk proteins, protein powders with caseins and vegetable proteins in sports nutrition products. Depending on the training goal, proteins are used that enable either rapid or slower absorption of the proteins in the body. They can be used in their pure form or as a protein mix in our sports products.
Example: The Pure Whey developed by Biohealth consists of pure whey protein isolate, contains only 0.2 grams of fat per portion and a small amount of carbohydrates. 25 grams of protein and over five grams of BCAAs (branched-chain amino acids) per portion help to maintain and increase muscle mass.
Protein powders impress with perfect solubility
Problems with poorly dissolved protein powder are a thing of the past, because Biohealth experts have perfected the solubility of protein shakes. Our protein powders impress with
- very good solubility
- no lump formation
- no powder residue
- hardly any foam formation
Simply add water or milk, shake and enjoy.
